Контекст: ESI will provide their services to include conceptual design, engineering calculations and recommendations for Lukoil on construction practices. ESI will provide calculations and concept sketches and preliminary construction drawings that will allow a local contractor to adapt the drawings by a local architectural firm for the construction of the strong floor and strong wall. The drawings provided will not be to Russian code, but instead to US code. Any changes to accommodate local construction code and local construction practices should be managed by a local Architectural Engineering firm hired by Lukoil.
